MBA from KSU. Currently president of I-Shen Electric & Cable Co. and DragonJet Corporation. After founding I-Shen from nothing and then IPO, with the thought of giving back, Huang proactively participates in all kinds of charity activities. He gives back to his hometown, alma mater, and provides low-income children with scholarships.

To look for more children’s smiles, Huang wants to do something for Taiwanese children so that they can broaden their horizons, creativity, and aesthetics. This prompts him to take part in Paper Windmill Cultural Foundation’s “Taiwan Paperwindmill Theatre’s“First Mile, Kid’s Smile” Arts for Children in 319-368 Townships Project”
