Coming from an accounting background stepping into a traditional industry, in both traditional industry and electronic industry, Chen is the perfect example of junior staff becoming the billionaire boss.

Chen fully supports all kinds of creative initiatives of Paper Windmill as he agrees with Paper Windmill’s mission of lifting the gap between city and suburb to do performances and anti-drug events. He allows Paper Windmill to do different performances for Taiwanese children worry-free.
