Paperwindmill Cultural Foundation / Chairman of the Board

AKA Hsiao Yeh. Bachelor’s degree in Biology from NTNU. He had studied at the State University of New York. Li has over 100 publications (novels, articles, children’s books) and has written over 30 movie scripts. He is also one of the main promotors of β€œTaiwan’ New Wave Cinema” in the ’80s.

Currently the President of Paper Windmill Foundation and Principal of TMS. Besides writing, Li has been focusing on Taiwan’s education reform, ecosystem, and cultural development. He participated in a lot of social activities including education reforms, environmental protection, human rights protection, land rights protections, etc. He is also one of the three initiators of the TMI Trail.
