Graduate from Editing and Interviewing, SHU, then started working at a newspaper publisher. Even though having a media background, Tsai temporarily left for building the Cultural center for Jiayi county. This opportunity introduced him to a lot of theater professionals. Especially, he met one of his best friends - the βAmerican guyβ Lee Yung-Feng. They got close because of the same age and the same hometown. Through Li, Tsai got the opportunity to take part in promoting Paper Windmillβs events. This is a very positive relationship allowing me, as a reporter, to move forward bravely with a serving heart. Even when entering my 60βs, thanks to the partners at Paper Windmill, I get to keep my innocence.
