Director CHANG, MIN-YI

After receiving her degree in Theatre Arts and Business Administration at PCCU, Chang continues to embrace her love for performing art in arts administration. She began her career in the public sector, organizing events, and had the opportunity to meet many outstanding performers, which solidified her mission to share beautiful performances with the world.

Driven by her love for bringing joy to children's faces, Chang joined the Paper Windmill team in 1998 going through all the highs and lows of different productions. Since 2006, she has worked with the team on the 319 First Mile project, where they have traveled to the peak of mountains and the edges of waters. Nothing compares to the precious moments of seeing the smiles of children from her hometown.
